Campaign strategy usually means hours of manual work before you write a single post — researching your audience, sizing up competitors, scanning trends, and mapping out which channels and assets actually make sense. Campaign Studio does all of those steps for you. Describe your campaign in a short brief, and Brande.ai runs a real research sprint, builds a strategic blueprint, and hands you ready-to-create content — all without leaving your dashboard.
  • Available on the Growth plan (1 campaign run/month) and Agency plan (10 campaign runs/month).
Why Campaign Studio Matters
  • Real research, not guesswork:
Brande.ai investigates your audience, competitors, and cultural/search trends, then recommends angles — every claim backed by a live, cited source. Nothing is invented.
  • You stay in control:
Research comes back in five reviewable sections. You approve or annotate each one before Brande.ai builds anything further.
  • A full plan, not just ideas:
Once research is approved, Campaign Studio generates a complete blueprint: your big idea, positioning, core messages, channel plan, and launch timeline.
  • Built on your Brand DNA:
Every step runs against your brand's messaging fingerprint, voice profile, and positioning — so the plan sounds like you, not a generic template.
  • From plan to content, in one click:
Approve an asset in your blueprint and Brande.ai prefills the content inputs for you, ready to review and turn into a real project.
How to Use Campaign Studio
  • Open Campaign Studio from your top header menu and start a new campaign brief — name, objective, offer, and audience. Competitors are prefilled from your brand's onboarding info.
  • Start the Deep Research Sprint and let Brande.ai research your audience, competitors, and trends, with real cited sources.
  • Review each research section and approve it (or leave a note) — all five need approval before you move forward.
  • Generate your Campaign Blueprint — big idea, positioning, core messages, channel plan, and launch timeline, built from your approved research.
  • Click any planned asset to generate prefilled content, then review and create the actual project.
Notes & Details
  • Campaign Studio plans and prefills your content — you still review and create the final piece yourself.
Try it now — find Campaign Studio in your top header menu.

Brand voice gets you close, but it was never built to catch the small, mechanical stuff — a banned word slipping through, a sentence running too long, the wrong dash style. Until now, fixing those meant manually editing every piece of AI-generated content, every time.
Style Guide Rules
changes that: set your writing constraints once, per brand, and Brande.ai enforces them automatically across everything it generates.
Available to
all Brande.ai accounts
.
Why Style Guide Rules Matters
Ban words and phrases for good.
Add banned words, approved terminology, and automatic word replacements — no more chasing down "synergy" after the fact.
Control structure and tone.
Cap sentence length, set formality and reading level, and steer clear of rhetorical questions or contrastive clauses, all from one panel.
Standardize the details.
Number formatting, punctuation, Oxford commas, en-US vs. en-GB spelling — lock in the mechanical choices once instead of correcting them per post.
Works alongside your Brand DNA.
Brand voice shapes
how
your content sounds; Style Guide Rules enforces the hard constraints on top of it, so nothing slips through either layer.
How to Set Up Your Style Rules
  1. Go to
    Account → Style Guide Rules
    .
  2. Expand any section —
    Style & Voice
    ,
    Sentence Structure & Rhetoric
    ,
    Word & Phrase Rules
    ,
    Tone & Register
    ,
    Numbers & Data
    ,
    Punctuation & Formatting
    , or
    Spelling & Region
    — and toggle the rules you want enforced. An
    Unsaved changes
    badge appears as you go.
  3. Click
    Save Rules
. Your rules are saved to your selected brand only and won't affect any other brand in your account.
  4. Generate content as usual. Every new piece — LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Script, Content Strategy, Facebook, Ideation, Long-form, Reel Script, Write from Scratch, Repurpose — now applies your rules automatically.
Notes & Details
  • If you don't set any rules, nothing changes — content generation behaves exactly as it did before. This is entirely opt-in.
Try it today — head to
Style Guide Rules
in your account and set your first rule.

What's coming next
This is v1 — triggers only. Actions (the ability to trigger things inside Brande.ai from your other tools) are on the roadmap. We'll post an update here when they ship.
We have improved the navigation experience during brand profile onboarding to provide greater flexibility and visibility.
image
What's Improved
Step Navigation Indicator
A visual step indicator now appears at the top of the onboarding flow, displaying all seven steps in sequence. This progress tracker allows you to:
  • View your current position in the onboarding process
  • See which steps have been completed
  • Navigate directly to any previously completed step by clicking on it
  • Understand how many steps remain
Previously, navigation between onboarding steps required sequential progression using Previous and Continue buttons. You can now jump between steps more freely, making it easier to review or update information you provided in earlier stages of the process.
We have introduced project status functionality to help you organize and track your projects more effectively.
What's New
Project Status Field
image
Projects can now be assigned a status to indicate their current stage. Available status options include:
  • Planning — Initial ideation and planning phase
  • Brief — Project brief has been created
  • Draft — Work in progress
  • Review — Requires attention or approval
  • Approved — Signed off and ready to proceed
  • Published — Live and active
  • Archived — Completed or end of life
Each status is color-coded for quick visual identification throughout the interface.
Status Filtering
image
The Projects list now includes a status filter, allowing you to view projects by their current status. This filter is available in the filters sidebar alongside existing filter options.
We have refined the projects interface to reduce the number of steps required for common tasks.
What's New
1. Projects Shortcut Button
  • Access your projects instantly via the new shortcut button in the top header (located left of Dashboard). Projects now open in a modal window for quick reference.
image
2. Dedicated Search Field
  • A search field has been added to the top of the Projects list, providing immediate search capabilities without opening the filter panel.
image
3. Date Range Filter
  • Filter projects by date using preset options (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month) or select a custom date range. This filter is available in the filters sidebar.
image
What's Changed
  • The Projects search button previously located in the header has been relocated to the right side actions group and now appears as a search icon.
Quickly find the right projects with a new filtering sidebar on the Projects page.
image
What Changed
  • Added a dedicated filtering sidebar on the Projects page to narrow down large project lists.
  • Introduced a visible Filter button with a badge showing how many filters are active.
  • Made all filters update the project list in real time as you type or change options.
  • Filters now persist when you open a project and return to the Projects page.
Why This Helps Your Workflow
  • Quickly zoom into the exact projects you need by combining search, type, folder, and user filters.
  • Reduce time spent scrolling through long project lists by using precise filters.
  • Stay in flow when reviewing multiple projects because your filters remain applied between navigations.
  • Adapt filters to your process using Custom Fields like campaign, status, etc...
How To Use The New Filters
  • Go to the Projects page in your workspace.
  • Click the Filter button in the top right corner next to "Create New Project."
  • Use the Search field, Type, Folder, Created By, and Custom Fields to refine your list.
  • Watch the project list update instantly as you adjust your filters.
  • Click Reset Filters at the bottom of the sidebar to clear everything and return to the full list.
Notes
  • Any Custom Fields configured for your Brand (for example, campaign or quarter) automatically appear as additional filters.
  • Active filters are indicated with a blue badge on the Filter button to keep you aware of your current view.
  • Filters are applied only to the Projects page and do not affect other areas of the product.
